Everyone's getting Christmas Fever, the shops are buzzing and the Green is looking water logged! I doubt if we'll get a white Xmas but it is set to get colder tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the long break, time to re-energise and think about purpose and place instead of just the mill.
I intend to take some pictures of winter around the Green and record the Thornicroft site from all sides before the demolition gets started.
The Council workers are still preparing Peartree Road for re-openning, a crossing is being constructed and some very shallow sleeping policemen have been constucted in such a manner that bicycles (and, therefore, motorcycles) can escape the hump.
