I've been asked to create and host a site for an associate who makes & races motorbikes, for which I will be paid :) He was quoted £300 just to creat the site and I will be charging a third of that including hosting & a GB of bandwidth per year.
Friday evening and the start of five days off work with lots to do! This evening is beer at home whilst the missis goes through her costumes and the boy plays the TV with his Gamecube - each to his own! The beer is called Dirty Dick's Ale, brewed by Youngs and comes in at a gentle 4.1% ABV.
Tomorrow morning I'm off to see a planning proposal exhibition for the Woolston Riverside development and hope to quiz the developers and have my say. The latest newsletter merely serves to show good intention and scant detail! I have to be back by 10 am for the delivery of our new book cases and then a couple of hours sorting out books out. The boy is in dire need of storage and will have the old book shelves.
Monday I have a day to myself and on Tuesday I'm off to Brighton to visit daughter, Dorothy, and take her out for supper and to see Eliza Gilkyson at the Komedia.
